An existing late 20th century house was demolished and the new 6 bedroom house built on the same site. The house is situated with fantastic views and the glazed link, sunroom and large windows were designed to maximize these. The house is of traditional masonry construction, highly insulated and utilises a ground source heat pump serving underfloor heating throughout.
