The traditional farmhouse was in need of re-planning and full refurbishment to become a functioning family home.
A stair was introduced to the offshoot to access the new bedroom at first floor level and a mudroom and family room were introduced at ground floor level.
The kitchen was relocated and given direct access to the new utility and larder. Two new bathrooms were introduced at first floor and new heating and electrics were installed throughout.
The heating system is fed by an externally located Biomass boiler running on wood pellets.
